Chief Executive Officer
CHAI is seeking an experienced and innovative  CEO to drive the strategy and vision of the organization. The CEO will grow and strengthen the organization by providing leadership to ensure services to clients continue to be exemplary, by raising needed funds, and overseeing all operations of the agency. The CEO must assure that the needs of those currently served by CHAI can continue to be met in the future and that CHAI can position itself to help others in the community.

The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and is responsible for:
  • Leading and developing a team of over 40 employees
  • All aspects of Fund Development to increase, strengthen and diversify funding sources
  • Administration and support for the Board of Directors; assistance with strategic planning and implementation of strategic and operational plans
  • Work with clients and their family to promote solutions for a positive and safe environment to optimize quality of life.
  • All aspects of Financial Management including budget preparation and the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
  • All aspects of Human Resource Management including the performance appraisal process; employee recruitment and retention

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of senior leadership experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service related field. A Master’s degree would be helpful. Residential Manager
Group homes for adults with cognitive disabilities seek full-time, live-in (3.5 days a week), direct-care professionals; mature, responsible, stable individuals with a high school diploma or equivalency and a minumum of 1 year experience working with people with disabilities; team player, valid driver's license, good driving record, and be in good physical condition. Job Coach
Wolens Program Services seeks multiple PRN job coaches to provide on-the-job training to its clients with Cognitive Disabilities. The successful applicants will have excellent interpersonal skills to motivate their clients and be able to communicate both oral and written to employers, clients and their families. Applicants must have three years experience in the supported employment field and an Associates Degree. Five years experience can be considered in lieu of an Associate's Degree. Life Skills Trainer
Wolens Program Services is seeking a PRN Life Skills Trainer to provide one-on-one services to adults with Cognitive Disabilities. Responsibilities will include developing a Person Centered Plan with all new clients and providing life skills training relative to the needs of the client. Examples to include Laundry, Budgeting, Cooking and Transportation. Communication with the integrated service team is vital to success. Applicants will have three years experience in the supported employment field and an Associates degree, or 5 years experience in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is a must.
