Currently, CHAI's group homes have no vacancies; there is a waiting list. Please call CHAI for updates.
Where are your group homes located?
All are in north Dallas -- two are in the Hillcrest/Beltline area and the third near Royal Lane.
What ages do you serve?
The minimum age is 18, with no maximum.
How long does someone stay in the group home?
Placement is usually long-term (i.e. until a group home setting may no longer be desired or appropriate.)
How is CHAI funded?
CHAI is dependent upon private donations, foundation subvention, and payments for services. The agency is eligible for some state funding.
