Supported Employment facilitates competitive work in an integrated work setting for people with disabilities for whom competitive employment has not traditionally occurred and who need ongoing support services to perform their job. Wolens Program Services has been running its own supported employment program since 2004 for the clients of CHAI. The vocational program encompasses job development, on-the-job training and long-term job follow-up. Individualized vocational plans are created for each client in the program. Currently, Wolens clients are employed at Wizard’s Sports Café, Wal-Mart, and Tom Thumb, to name a few.

Wolens Program Services is a vendor through the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS).  We also accept Home and Community Based (HCS) supported employment funding and private pay.
